“怡顆莓”被指“檢出致癌物”，國內客服回應！

Chinese consumers voiced concern on Tuesday after reports of a US lawsuit alleging that Driscoll's strawberries contained elevated levels of PFAS, while the company said the claims were unfounded and that products sold in China come from a separate supply chain.

據紅星新聞報道，怡顆莓被指控其銷售的鮮草莓含有超標“永久性化學物質”PFAS。目前，來自紐約、新澤西、馬薩諸塞和伊利諾伊州的6名消費者提起訴訟。關鍵證據是一份實驗室報告，檢測出兩盒“怡顆莓”鮮草莓含有八種PFAS物質。

PFAS（全氟和多氟烷基物質）是一類人工合成化學物，目前已知超過1萬種，因難以降解、可在環境和人體內長期累積，被稱為“永久性化學物”。其中，PFOA（全氟辛酸）和PFOS（全氟辛烷磺酸）是兩種核心成分，前者被世衛組織列為1類致癌物，后者被列為2B類致癌物。農業生產中，PFAS可用于部分農藥配方，作為助劑或表面活性劑，提高藥液附著效果。

訴訟稱，怡顆莓以“唯有最優質的漿果”等宣傳塑造安全、高品質形象，卻未披露可能存在的PFAS污染。原告未提供食用相關產品造成的人身傷害證據，而是指控公司涉嫌消費者欺詐，要求停止銷售相關產品或增加標注。

The lawsuit, filed by six consumers from New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Illinois, cited laboratory testing that allegedly detected eight PFAS compounds in two boxes of the company's fresh strawberries. The plaintiffs accused the company of consumer fraud, but did not claim any personal injuries.

針對相關指控，怡顆莓發布聲明全盤否認，稱所有指控“毫無事實依據”。

The company denied the allegations, calling them "entirely without merit".

國內客服回應：貨源產自云南，產品合規

7月21日，怡顆莓官方客服回應稱，事情源頭在美國市場，說的是美國的草莓，和中國市場的貨完全是兩條供應鏈。怡顆莓在國內賣的莓果是云南基地種的，怡顆莓擁有國家認證的CMA檢測實驗室，出的報告是有法律效力的。

此外，客服還發來一份說明截圖，截圖顯示，怡顆莓中國總經理曾于7月17日向客戶合作伙伴表示，怡顆莓在中國市場銷售的草莓均來自云南產區。

另據中新經緯報道，7月21日，怡顆莓旗艦店客服回應表示，云南是我們在中國市場銷售的主要產區。“國內的都是合格的，我們在漿果種植和銷售過程中始終嚴格遵守中國相關法律法規，產品符合要求。”

Responding to concerns in China, the company's customer service said the products involved were sold in the US market, while berries sold in China are sourced from Yunnan province through a separate supply chain and comply with Chinese regulations.

目前，國內山姆、Ole'等高端商超已搜不到怡顆莓在售產品，盒馬、永輝等顯示“補貨中”。

但是，國內官方自營渠道仍正常售賣。

As of Tuesday, Driscoll's products were unavailable on the websites of some premium retailers in China, while the company's official online stores continued normal sales.
