B)Yes, I’ll have some mushroom soup to start, the lobster for mymain and I think some cheesecake for dessert. 嗯，我要一個蘑菇湯做前菜，龍蝦做主菜，甜品的話，我要一個芝士蛋糕。
A)Certainly! Would you like any sides? 行！請問需要配菜嗎？
B)Oh yes, can I have a bowl of the onion rings please? And also aplate of the shrimp appetizers for the table. 噢要的，我要一碗洋蔥圈。再來一個蝦子做開胃菜吧。
A)Shrimp appetizers, got it, I’ll have those sent to you right away.And what would you like miss? 開胃菜...蝦子。馬上來。您需要什么呢女士？
B)Thank you. 謝謝。

說到點餐，
那就不得不提雞蛋了！
雖然雞蛋是egg大家都知道，
但被問到“How do you like your eggs?”的時候，
很多人就懵了！
接下來就聊聊雞蛋里的大學問
前方高能，請拿出紙筆
煮蛋：
A. 帶殼煮：egg shell蛋殼
soft boiled：蛋黃微熟，溏心蛋
hard boiled：蛋黃全熟
medium boiled：蛋黃半熟
B. 不帶殼煮：poached egg/runny yolk水波蛋
poach:水煮，西餐中的煮分boil（煮）、poach（水煮）和simmer（小火煮）等
yolk：蛋黃
eggwhites:蛋白
runny:指蛋黃流動的狀態
煎蛋：
首先搞清一個概念：over指的是煎蛋時雞蛋翻面這個動作
A. 只煎一面：
sunny side up太陽蛋
Fry the egg until the edges brown, WITHOUT flipping. 煎至邊緣變棕，切忌翻面
B. 兩面都煎：
over easy:中間蛋黃還是流動的
over medium:中間不流黃，但未全熟
over hard:蛋黃全熟，這也是中餐常做的煎蛋
其他:
hard scrambled:炒雞蛋（成塊）
Hard scrambled eggs are cooked all thethrough.（成塊的炒雞蛋從里到外都是熟的）
soft scrambled:炒雞蛋（嫩炒）
The difference between soft and hard scrambled eggs is cooking time.（兩者的區別在于炒的時間）
omelette [‘?mlit]:煎蛋卷，里面通常會有ham（火腿）、bacon（熏肉）
Oyster omelet is my favorite Taiwanesesnack.蚵仔煎是我最喜歡的臺灣小吃。
