女藝人“點(diǎn)名”黑粉，律師回應(yīng)

南方都市報(bào)消息，22日，韓國女團(tuán)aespa中國籍成員寧藝卓直接點(diǎn)名兩個(gè)長期發(fā)布惡意言論的賬號(hào)，正面喊話黑粉，相關(guān)話題沖上熱搜。

Chinese singer and member of the K-pop girl group aespa Ning Yizhuo (Ningning) publicly called out two social media accounts over alleged online abuse, warning they could face legal action if the harassment continued.

寧藝卓在微博直接點(diǎn)名黑粉賬號(hào)，怒斥其長期對(duì)自己、粉絲及家人進(jìn)行言語攻擊，并表示：“如果再讓我看到類似帖子，等著被告吧。”

According to Southern Metropolis Daily, Ning accused the two accounts of repeatedly insulting her, her fans and her family. She wrote on Weibo, "If I see similar posts again, be ready to be sued."

南方都市報(bào)報(bào)道稱，事件起因是黑粉對(duì)寧藝卓及其粉絲、家人進(jìn)行言語攻擊，并且有賬號(hào)將寧藝卓母親的照片設(shè)為頭像，發(fā)布帖子挑釁，寧藝卓在評(píng)論區(qū)回復(fù)要求對(duì)方“馬上把頭像換了”。

The dispute escalated after one account allegedly used a photo of Ning's mother as its profile picture while posting provocative content. Ning responded by demanding that the user "change the profile picture immediately".

截至當(dāng)天15時(shí)許，被寧藝卓公開點(diǎn)名的兩個(gè)賬號(hào)，一個(gè)顯示“因違反社區(qū)公約，被永久禁言”，一個(gè)顯示“該賬號(hào)因用戶自行申請(qǐng)關(guān)閉，無法查看”。

By about 3 pm that day, one account had been permanently suspended for violating platform rules, while the other had been closed.

上海理振武事務(wù)所律師“娛樂法李振武”注意到，有網(wǎng)友以 “寧藝卓粉絲辱罵自家偶像” 為由，主張自身行為有理。

據(jù)此，他區(qū)分了維權(quán)與報(bào)復(fù)：寧藝卓針對(duì)他人冒用母親照片、發(fā)布侮辱言論發(fā)聲警示，屬于合法維權(quán)；而因粉絲矛盾轉(zhuǎn)而攻擊對(duì)方藝人及其家人，屬于報(bào)復(fù)。

A lawyer quoted by the newspaper said Ning's response was a legitimate effort to defend her rights, while retaliating against an artist or their family over fan disputes crossed the line.

“你的偶像被罵了，你可以憤怒。但憤怒之后，請(qǐng)選擇正確的路徑——取證、舉報(bào)、起訴，而不是加入罵戰(zhàn)。”李振武提醒，一旦選擇以暴制暴，自己就從受害者變成加害者，最終陷入無底線的網(wǎng)絡(luò)互毆。

他特別提醒，把寧藝卓母親的真實(shí)照片設(shè)為頭像，是持續(xù)性的公開展示，每次被看到、被截圖、被傳播，都是一次新的侵害行為。

極目新聞評(píng)論，寧藝卓的維權(quán)方式絕不是最優(yōu)解，也不適合被照搬效仿。但這件事無疑給所有網(wǎng)友敲響了警鐘：網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)言自由有度，肆無忌憚的惡意攻擊終會(huì)付出代價(jià)。守住道德底線、恪守法律規(guī)則，理性文明上網(wǎng)，才能肅清暴躁的戾氣，守護(hù)清朗網(wǎng)絡(luò)生態(tài)。

A commentary by Jimu News said the incident served as a reminder that online speech has its limits and that malicious attacks can come at a cost.
