汕頭市潮陽區棉光中學、汕頭市潮陽區城北初級中學根據《事業單位登記管理暫行條例》，經舉辦單位同意，擬申請注銷事業單位法人登記，現已成立清算組，請債權人自2026年4月9日起90日內向本單位清算組申報債權。
