8月10日，受臺風北側螺旋雨帶影響，上海早高峰風雨較為明顯。為保障市民正常出行，上海市防汛辦協調組織各路搶險隊伍連續作業。 為保障周一早高峰通行，城投水務32支市級大型泵車隊伍、46支機動搶險隊，共計500余人員全部出動，開展道路積水搶排和積水路段雨水口清理作業。
