在內蒙古阿拉善盟額濟納旗的茫茫大漠深處，藏著一片被稱作“大漠天池”的奇跡之水——居延海。它不是江南，卻勝似江南；它是一片湖，卻有著海的遼闊與胸懷。如果你問我，西北之行最不能錯過什么，我會毫不猶豫地說：去居延海看一次日出。

一、走進居延海：大漠深處的碧波傳奇

居延海位于內蒙古自治區阿拉善盟額濟納旗北部，是我國第二大內陸河黑河的尾閭湖。發源于祁連山深處的黑河，流經青海、甘肅、內蒙古三省區八百余公里后，匯入巴丹吉林沙漠西北緣的戈壁洼地，形成了這片碧波蕩漾的湖泊。

“居延”是匈奴語，歷史上曾稱居延澤、西海，從唐代開始才稱為居延海。湖泊形狀狹長彎曲，有如一彎新月。這里不僅自然風光旖旎，更承載著深厚的歷史文化底蘊——漢代驃騎將軍霍去病曾在此飲馬，唐代大詩人王維出使居延時寫下了“大漠孤煙直，長河落日圓”的千古名句。相傳老子出函谷關后也在此得道成仙，留下了“流沙仙蹤”的傳說。漫步湖畔，仿佛能穿越時空，感受到歷史的厚重與滄桑。

二、行前必知：什么時候去最合適

居延海四季皆有不同的美，但要說最值得奔赴的時刻，非秋季莫屬。

最佳旅行季節：每年9月中旬到10月中旬是最佳旅游時節。此時天氣晴朗，胡楊林一片金黃，與居延海的碧水藍天交相輝映，美如畫卷。5月到6月則是候鳥季，數十萬只候鳥在此棲息繁衍，適合觀鳥和拍攝生態場景。春季多發沙塵暴，冬季過于寒冷，不太適宜游覽。

關于時間安排：居延海景區通常早上5點半左右開放，建議游玩時間為1到3小時。如果只想看日出，游玩2小時左右足矣；如果想深度游覽、乘船體驗，可以安排半天時間。

三、如何抵達：交通方式全解析

前往居延海，通常以額濟納旗達來呼布鎮為中轉站。從達來呼布鎮到居延海約40至50公里，車程約50分鐘到1小時。

大交通：可以先飛抵銀川、嘉峪關或酒泉等城市，再轉乘長途客車或包車前往額濟納旗。旺季時也有航班直飛額濟納旗桃來機場。自駕的話，G7京新高速可直達，沿途戈壁風光絕美。

內部交通：達來呼布鎮沒有直達居延海的公共交通，包車或自駕是最方便的方式。從鎮子北口出去，沿繞城高速行駛，根據導航前往即可。沿途路況良好，但要注意行車安全。

四、觀景臺詳解：三個碼頭，三種風景

居延海景區內的水上棧道主要串聯了三個觀景臺，各有特色。

1號觀景臺（鴻雁碼頭）：位置較高，可以遠眺整個居延海的全景。如果想拍大場景、感受湖泊的全貌，這里是不錯的選擇。

2號觀景臺（東歸碼頭）：觀賞日出的絕佳位置，視野開闊無遮擋。這里是海鷗聚集最多的地方，可以一邊等日出一邊和海鷗互動。2號觀景臺還設有快艇碼頭，可以乘船游覽湖面。

3號觀景臺（仙蹤碼頭）：同樣是看日出的好去處，而且游客相對較少。這里矗立著老子雕像，相傳老子曾在此得道成仙。3號觀景臺也是海鷗非常集中的地方，很適合喂鷗拍照。

不少去過的人反饋，2號和3號觀景臺都很棒，但如果時間有限，直接去2號觀景臺就足夠了。也有人說3號觀景臺是看日出最佳的地方。我的建議是：如果時間充裕，可以兩個都去看看；如果只為追一場日出，選擇一個視野好的位置安心等待就好。

五、追光時刻：在居延海看一場日出

來居延海，看日出是頭等大事。有人說，額濟納的魂，一半在胡楊林的鎏金里，一半在居延海的日出中。

幾點出發：建議提前查好當天的日出時間。秋季日出大約在7點左右，需要在6點之前到達景區搶占機位。從達來呼布鎮出發的話，凌晨4點半到5點就要動身了。雖然早起很辛苦，但當太陽從湖面慢慢升起、成千上萬只海鷗在身邊飛舞時，那種震撼的感覺一輩子都忘不了。

怎么走：進入景區后，沿著木棧道走大約500米才能到達觀光車乘車點。觀光車分別開往1號觀景臺和3號觀景臺。如果想直接去2號觀景臺，可以先坐車到3號再步行過去，或者在棧道上步行約15到20分鐘到達。景區的觀光車循環開放，隨到隨上，非常方便。

觀日出的技巧：日出前半小時抵達觀景臺最佳，因為朝霞變幻的過程比日出本身更震撼。到達后打開手機指南針確認東方，找一個視野開闊的位置靜靜等待。等日出的過程中，可以拿出準備好的小面包投喂海鷗——海鷗不挑食，普通的饃或餅都可以。當你投喂時，成群的鴨子和海鷗會圍攏過來，拍照非常出片。

穿什么：居延海地處西北大漠，晝夜溫差極大。清晨觀日出時氣溫極低，體感溫度常在零度以下。一定要穿厚羽絨服或厚款沖鋒衣，戴上帽子、手套、圍巾和口罩。如果怕冷，可以帶上暖寶寶。白天日照強烈，墨鏡、防曬霜和潤唇膏也是必備品。

六、不只是日出：白天的居延海同樣精彩

看完日出別急著走——白天的居延海同樣值得慢慢品味。

喂海鷗：居延海的上空翱翔著成群的紅嘴海鷗。在2號和3號觀景臺，海鷗會主動靠近游客，準備好小面包或饅頭，就能和這些可愛的精靈來一場親密互動。

漫步蘆葦蕩：湖畔蘆葦叢生，高大繁茂，身姿遠超人身。行走在棧道之上，仿佛置身金色海洋。蘆葦頂端舉著掃帚般的葦花，在晨光或夕陽里被鑲上一層金色的光暈，燦爛在大漠碧水之畔。

乘船游湖：景區內可以乘坐游艇或竹筏游覽湖面。從水上視角欣賞濕地風光，看碧波蕩漾、水鳥翔集，又是另一番感受。

拍照打卡：除了觀景臺，3號觀景臺往深處走約500米有一條小眾棧道，兩邊蘆葦比人高，陽光穿過來形成“光影隧道”，非常適合拍氛圍感照片。如果帶了無人機，也可以在戈壁土丘上找一個高點航拍，視角獨特。

七、周邊串聯：一條豐富的西北風情線路

居延海周邊還有不少值得一去的景點，可以串聯成一條豐富的旅行線路。
